[asterisk-dev] No application 'SIPAddHeader'

Looking at chan_sip.c, I see no function or application
'SIPAddHeader'... But there is channel variable SIPADDHEADER, the value
of the variable (if set)  is added as a SIP header of
REFER/INVITE/OPTIONS messages.
