[asterisk-dev] A couple of basic questions.

Hi All,

I'm a newbie in both "Asterisk" and how "soft-phone" could be
implemented (using asterisk).
Basically we're thinking of developing a (J2EE) portal (or perhaps a set
of Macromedia Flex web-pages)
that people in Call Center could stay at home and work with patients
through phones (physical
or soft). Much appreciated if you could point out URL's, documents,
books, third parties that might
be relevant to this effort. Many thanks in advance.
