[asterisk-dev] Question about where to get the next valid extenion from queue

As a call center queue configuration situation, does Asterisk check the
agent queue to get the extension and then to get into the channel to
initiate the call, or get into the channel first, then determine the
extension from the queue availability inside the channel?
