I didn't mean that AOC Messages are sended as Broadcast facilities, 
*but* there are *supplementary services* like CCBS, which are sended as 
Broadcast Facilities, the thing is i don't find the correct ETSI Number 
for the user-side of it.. i only found the Network side which is 
ISUP/SS7 stuff.. :
