Yeah, we can trick it I think.  IIRC, In the Channel-ID IE we basically 
set the outbound channel that is selected so that it can't be 
renegotiated.  However, I think that our approach with the SS7 cloud 
could be useful for this scenario as well, for things such as normal 
hunt patterns on the trunk group.
