This needs to be noted in UPGRADE.txt.  However, I'm not sure it really hurts 
anything to leave "musiconhold" and "musicclass" in the code.  It can't hurt 
anything.  In fact, the only thing it can do is allow old configuration to still 
work, which is not a bad thing.
