[asterisk-dev] no core dump file found

Thanks, Tzafrir. After I add "-g" option to the command-line parameters, the core file can be generated in /usr/sbin directory once the segmentation fault happens.

I run the Asterisk command manually under /usr/sbin.

It should appear in the working directory of the Asterisk process, not
in thedirectory in which the binary happens to reside.

ls -l /proc/PID_OF_ASTERISK/cwd

Have you added the option -g to the command-line parameters of Asterisk?
