chan_misdn builds just fine on my system; you need to post the relevant portion of config.log showing the failed dependency test before anyone will be able to help you

chan_h323 has not built properly in SVN trunk for some time (on my system at least), and it won't build properly against the new loader until we merge PCadach's changes to it
