[asterisk-dev] Aelparse not being built

Is aelparse not being built intentionally, or is this an oversight with
the recent merges?  Also, a 'make aelparse' doesn't build properly
either.  Both are trivial.  I'll post a bug if it would be preferable, I
just wasn't sure if at least the former was by design.
