[asterisk-dev] H.323 channel driver maintainer

I did, bunch of bugs, but I could not pay for support anymore, so I
have to dropped the testing on ooh323.

Version 0.5 has at least 3 BUGs I reported!!  But as I told, too
expensive continue testing like that....
