Amen! When I added support for remote hold to chan_ooh323, I thought
"Wouldn't it be nice to add this support Hold/Transfer events generated
on the Asterisk side?". Well sure it would, I couldn't figure out which
way was up.
Nicolas, if you make some progress please share your findings. I
personally do not need support for Asterisk-side initiated
Hold/Transfer,
but I hate that my patch/fix is not complete.
