[asterisk-dev] Using Asterisk modules in external application

Does anyone know how to use the Asterisk modules in external applications
(C++)?
I must develop an application that encode/decode audio files from iLBC or
Speex to PCM and would like to use the Asterisk modules to do this. But this
application will not run in Asterisk box... I would like just to copy the
modules and use them... does anyone have any idea?
