The CCM does not support Busy status lamp (on speeddial) the asterisk 
hint stuff we are talking about.

The Attendent operator is not based on the skinny protocol. It is 
something like the asterisk manager

The only busy status that the phone can show is the one related to a 
line, and this is a basic feature.

The IPBlue supports Busy Status Lamp online for lines not fot monitored 
extensions. The IPBlue software shows  busy status line on monitored 
line only when connected to a chan_sccp channel driver.

So again
The skinny protocol does not handle the busy status line lamp (hint).
I did it in the chan_sccp code with alot of work and a good idea.
Now I'm really curious to see the chan_skinny.c hint patch code.
