It is called chan_dialogic, and Dialogic in the dialplan.

No audio processing functions that are unique to the Dialogic systems 
are available via the channel driver at this time. It provides a 
'standard' Asterisk channel driver: placing/receiving calls, bridging, 
transferring, echo cancellation, DTMF detection, etc.

It supports any hardware that is supported by the Global Call stack.

If they are trying to use them as simple PSTN interfaces I suspect that 
would work (although I doubt they'll find a system with 10 slots <G>). 
If they want to do onboard audio processing beyond echo cancellation and 
DTMF detection they will likely be disappointed.
