Actually you're right Tony and I have been talking about this but for this
to work you must have a zap timing source.  We need a peer option to disable
native bridges on peers we know use silence suppression.  If you know these
things then you can ensure that things like MOH will actually work properly
because it will switch to zap timing mode at that instant.
