	Do not have the foggiest of an idea what Asterisk developers had in mind 
	with that line .  Fyi ,  This is from a recent cvs pull & those lines 
	straight from the install procedure ,  all I did was add the debugging .
	Please ask one of the developers about the reasoning .
	Btw ,  Thank you for the idea of seperating out the two commands .
