Patch in bug # 5374 only makes a difference if Asterisk gets complied with
-DZAPTEL_OPTIMIZATIONS. When compiling Asterisk, can you tell if
-DZAPTEL_OPTIMIZATIONS is being used?

After Asterisk is compliled this way, ztdummy needs to be running.
