[Asterisk-Dev] AMI question

Is it necessarily considered a bug if a response to an action does not have
the ActionID header, even if the original action did? For example IAXPeers
does not return an ActionID header.

I'm putting together an AMI interface for ruby, and I'd be happy to make a
list of bugs that I encounter, but I'm not really sure what would be
considered a bug or not. In the case of IAXPeers I would think that it is a
bug because their is no way to identify that the response even is an iaxpeer
list.
