All outgoing calls via SIP & IAX dont get the callerid(*) i set... only 
unknown... tried every variation et infinitum...

Internally it works just fine, but when going outside i.e to a SIP or 
IAX -> PSTN termination provider it never gets sent (or something) 
resulting in Unknown on the receiving end.

Using CVS Head as of 1 Oct 2005 and setting CID using;

set(CALLERID(all)=FSN EU <46850004323>|CALLERID(ani)=46850004323)

Dial cmd uses only options tT

Tried multiple termination providers just to eliminate changes on their 
end, all with the same result.

So seams something changed how CID is sent in *.

If anyone has any clues, feel free to share ;)
