I have notice this problem too on some calls.

I have verify if there is any probem on a call with such message and 
seems no problem at all.
Never see this message with CVS HEAD from january.

Our calls are like this :  SIP Device =SIP=> Asterisk Box 1 =SIP=> 
Asterisk Box 2 =E1=> Telco
