After a week of review, can we somehow include this in the doxygen docs?

Any doxygen pro here that can give us a clue on how to do that in a 
simple way?

Kristian: You can mention "show channeltypes" that will list available
channels in your Asterisk server. Also mention that there are proxy 
channels like chan_local and chan_agent.
