I have tried to get the patches for the Asterisk Win32 project.  This
guy offers a binary download and installer for Asterisk for Win32.  Its
been over two weeks since my request and I have yet to get a response.

Please email athoris at asteriskwin32.com and request the patches...

Not that I would run it... its just a clear violation of the GPL.
