[Asterisk-Dev] MOH using native codecs in stable branch

Currently using the HEAD version is not an option for us. We've been testing 
for some time on the stable branch and we don't have time to use a new 
version. Is it safe to use the patch with the stable branch? Will it cause 
any trouble?
