Correct. What I'm doing this is voice/data split. The T1 is lit as PRI,
and idle channels are used with zapras to provide data transfer (via
multilink ppp), while voice calls ride as a proper TDM PRI calls.
Voila, no worries about QoS. TDM > VoIP, if you can swing it ;)
