[Asterisk-Dev] Asterisk FIFO Channel

Would anyone be interested on building a chan_fifo, an easy way to 
accept media output from other programs and redirect media input to
other processes.

Also I think something like res_dbus would be a neat addition, not
just as a manager alternative but to open up the asterisk api to other
applications.

Anyways if this makes sense and anyone shows interest we might be
willing to seed a bounty for it.
