I detected a profound difference in the way SendDTMF works when the protocol is H323 (Jeremy's) and not SIP. The second parameter, interdigit delay, does not work in H323, while it works perfectly in SIP. I need to fix that because H323 has a shorter, much shorter setup time, but I also need to play 10 digits a lot faster.
