For the record:  No love.  No name, no matter how I do it.  Even if I
use Asterisk to send the 'Display IE' in the SETUP message, it is not
inserted in the INVITE.  If anyone has this working, I'm very
interested to see an ngrep/ethereal/whatever trace of the INVITE
message, and your config.
