We are currently using astGUIclient suite(http://astguiclient.sf.net/) in a
call center environment for inbound and outbound with 150 agent stations
across 9 Asterisk servers in 4 different geographic locations. The largest
single installation is 80 seats running off of 5 asterisk servers and a
single database server. I know that Aheeva offers a commercial CC solution
that scales to 200 seats as well.
