[Asterisk-Dev] -user questions in -dev

What about moving Asterisk-dev to another mailman that can only be
accessed if you create an account on mantis. This may get rid of newbie
folks who just sign up for every mailing list then post -user questions
to dev.

This is not a -dev question; please take it to -users.
When you get there, post the relevant parts of your sip.conf file, along
with a "sip debug" trace showing the incoming and outgoing traffic from
the Asterisk servers.
