There is 2 versions of Asterisk-prepaid mentioned in the wiki. The version at 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/asteriskbilling/ currently works with the 
1.0.x stable branch of asterisk, however we will be updating it in the next 
week or so to work with the callerid structure in cvs head.
