[Asterisk-Dev] New feature patch for SIP Receiving Distinctive Ring bug: 3608

I just uploaded a patch to allow Asterisk to receive SIP distinctive
ring information (Alert-Info) and set a channel variable to it
(SIPALERTINFO).

This will allow call routing based on the distinctive ring.

This is working great for me so far.  Please test and comment.
