[Asterisk-Dev] Peer weekend improvements

Our beloved SIP peers has been somewhat improved during the weekend

* All settings that apply to [user] now also works for [peer]
   - Callingpres, incominglimit, amaflags, accountcode
* Call limits now work for peer
* "sip show inuse" now lists all users and peers with call limitations

In order to help or users, I've also added a "sip show user <name>"
CLI command.

Please test to make sure that all of this works as expected!
