This is badly broken; that first part should be something like 
-DASTERISK_VERSION="...

Something has borked your Makefiles or else your system is very messed 
up. Certainly you should try over again with a fresh copy of the 
sources, and if that doesn't fix it then you've got to figure out what's 
wrong with your host system.
