[Asterisk-Dev] Manual Bridge Application

Hi,

I've done quite a dirty hack to manually bridge two channels, I only
have one problem:

a) complaints about possible deadlocks on the CLI
b) the bridge itself works fine, but when one side hangs up, the
channels stay open.
