[Asterisk-Dev] Bounty IAX Fax Tone Detection

Everyone,

I am interested in getting Fax Tone Detection on the IAX channel.  I would
like it to work just like chan_zap.c.  If the fax tones are detected route
the call to a 'fax' extension. Once the fax is detected, I would like to
route the call to a sip device and / or spandsp RxFax.  I am willing to put
a $1000.00 USD bounty on this feature.
