[Asterisk-Dev] Includes in realtime (ara) system

Just posted a patch to the tracker which allows context inclusion in
ARA (realtime) contexts.  Kind of a dirty hack, but it seems to work. 
(The lack of includes has long been my biggest problem with realtime).

Let me know what you think.  Next steps: the 'n' priority, labels, and
caller id matching in ARA.
