Great Working well when i given the full path of my script with the 
following configuration.

[ext]
exten => 111,1,Answer
exten => 111,2,AGI(ccard.pl)
exten => h,1,DeadAGI(/var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/cdr.pl)
