Yes and no.

It's actually an unimplemented feature, since register statements are 
not really tied to peer entries at this time, they aren't aware of the 
other settings associated with the peer. That is being worked on, and 
it's possible the new register-inside-peer support in CVS HEAD may do 
the right thing, but I don't know if anyone has tried it.
