I want to change the syntax for:

sip show peers
sip show users
iax2 show peers
iax2 show users

to all require "like <pattern>" instead of just bare "<pattern>". This 
will make them consistent with "show applications", "show modules", and 
"sip prune realtime" (which I just upgraded).

Anyone have any objections? Note that pattern support has only ever been 
present in HEAD, so we're only breaking backwards compatibility for HEAD 
users.
