[Asterisk-Dev] Realtime and dbodbc

You don't need dbodbc anymore... app_realtime can do exactly what 
dbodbc does.  I never ment for dbodbc to even become something used in 
production... it was a test to learn the ODBC api and see if I could 
code it.
