Thank you for correcting me. I should've read the actual disclaimer before 
posting.

I have a feeling that if you signed the short disclaimer on code
contributed to Asterisk, you wouldn't be able to assert your copyright
(since you essentially disclaimed it), but people who signed the long 
disclaimer should still be able to assert their copyright against the 
infringers like asterisk-win32
