[Asterisk-Dev] Intel Open Source Fast Math Library

I am not sure what the ramifications of asterisk being dual licenced, 
but the Intel licence seems quite loose.

Of the 4 Fast Math Libraries Intel offer, the Approximate Math one I 
refer to is supposed to be the fastest.
