Doesn't work with sending SMS in the UK. It's bizarre. If I don't
specify a caller-id, the call goes through but the message never
arrives. If I specify the caller-id I want, the call is never answered.
All works fine with CAPI (and the same kernel mISDN drivers).
Also, it uses the type from the called party number for setting
bc->numplan, then uses that to decide what to prefix to the _CALLING_
party number. Which doesn't bother me too much since BT seems to be
reporting every incoming call as international at the moment (according
to HDLC dumps).
I'm beginning to _really_ dislike the kernel mISDN code, which I
appreciate isn't your fault. I'd be slightly happier if avmfritz.ko
would manage to work when loaded more than once without a reboot in
between.
