This relies on a iaxtel.com (digium), rather than the fact there are a 
lot of other users out there with the peer to peer software installed.
For functionality iaxtel will do fine, but for scalability and provision 
of these services to the numbers involved with Skype (what they claim) a 
true peer to peer system would allow users to proliferate the system 
sharing the burden of providing services.
