[Asterisk-Dev] Function realtime_peer returns NULL

Hi,

While testing the current cool extconfig framework, I've noticed that
the registration requests are rejected from my ATA. Debugging shows
that realtime_peer function (chan_sip.c) returns NULL, changing it to
return peer seems to fix the registration issue.
