Since Broadvoice has been useless...
Since Ollie and Steve wrote this and are on the forum...
Two things...
1) Excessive NOTICE messaging in the Console as follows:
-- parse_srv: SRV mapped to host proxy.lax.broadvoice.com, port 5060
Nov 11 14:55:01 NOTICE[7457]: chan_sip.c:6789 handle_response: Outbound
Registration: Expiry for sip.broadvoice.com is 20 sec (Scheduling
reregistration in 15999 ms)
Nov 11 14:55:01 NOTICE[7457]: chan_sip.c:3974 sip_reregister: --
Re-registration for XXXXXXXXXX at sip.broadvoice.com
-- parse_srv: SRV mapped to host proxy.dca.broadvoice.com, port 5060
Nov 11 14:55:01 NOTICE[7457]: chan_sip.c:6789 handle_response: Outbound
Registration: Expiry for sip.broadvoice.com is 20 sec (Scheduling
reregistration in 15999 ms)
2) Broadvoice seems to be "losing" my registration. I have done sip
debug ip and channel and have seen consistent registration, but
Broadvoice sees me as unavailable (straight to vmail). Initially I
thought my * server was sending busy back on the invite, but it never
GETS an invite.
Outbound works perfectly.
I still have this on my DEV box and don't want to roll it over to
production until the "intermittent" registration issue goes away.
Can you point me to the lines in chan_sip that were an issue and what
was done.
Thanks!
Brian Roy
