Hi John-
I think you have to simulate the traffic so that a bunch of outgoing calls
(>10) are made at exactly the same moment. Anyway, I was able to determine
that the problem started with the March 30th version of libpri.
Reported as a bug yesterday, and Mark fixed it late last night! (Thanks
Mark) Early testing results are good.

I pulled a copy from CVS on 4/30 and haven't had a problem. I loaded up
18 channels of a PRI and held the connections open for several minutes.
The method I used was to dial out and back in 9 times via the pstn.
