One of the companies in the UK that provides SS7 conformance testing is BT

Perhaps you could ask BT Exact to provide more details of their service?

The standards used for these tests will originate from the ITU, See:

There is a big difference between TE410P certification (which means it's FCC
and CE certified) and SS7 'certification'. As I understand things you have
to have SS7 protocol certification before you are allowed to connect to
other SS7 switches in a production environment. Then again, who can check
this ? Only the telco's you deal with I suppose...
