Hi Florian,
You mentioned that the card should be certificated before I can connect with
it to any switches.
Do you know any links where I can read more about this issue?
Is there any international law which controls and assure the quality of the
links connected to the SS7 networks?

There is a big difference between TE410P certification (which means it's FCC
and CE certified) and SS7 'certification'. As I understand things you have
to have SS7 protocol certification before you are allowed to connect to
other SS7 switches in a production environment. Then again, who can check
this ? Only the telco's you deal with I suppose...
