[Asterisk-Dev] New patch for MGCP interop with Cisco IAD

Ok,

	I've updated the patch with last CVS. The patch its simple, just change
the format of some request to indicate the Line and Generic packages,
since Line package isn´t the default for Cisco. Besides that "cg" should
be "G/cg" since it belongs to Generic not to Line.
	Please test this since I have another patch waiting and this is the
second time I post this at Mantis.
